Mentor International has been developing its methods and techniques since 1995. Our work focuses on mentors and their training, either individually or within a whole programme. Our mentors work exclusively based on the adept’s need and desire for long-term development. Our uniqueness lies in the fact that we give the mentor an effective tool for this work through our structure and questioning technique. We place great emphasis on the adept as a professional in order to best match him or her to the right mentor. We systematically follow the adept’s development and measure the results, in partnership with the School of Management and Economics at Växjö University.

Mentor International also offers various models of mentorship. For one person, one company, for several companies working together, for businesses, organisations, municipalities and county councils and for newly started enterprises. All the courses and lectures share our unique structure and questioning technique.

Mentor International runs 90-minute seminars on mentorship. We are also happy to give lectures on mentorship in different contexts.
We announce the Leader of the Year at the Gold Event in Malmö and we are involved in the Transfer project for schools and business in partnership.


Mentor International har utvecklat metod och teknik sedan 1995. Vi arbetar med inriktning på mentorerna och deras utbildning antingen individuellt
eller i hela program. Våra mentorer arbetar uteslutande utifrån adeptens behov och önskan om en långsiktig utveckling. Vår unikitet ligger i att vi
ger mentorn ett effektivt verktyg för detta arbete i vår struktur och vår frågemetodik. Vi lägger stor vikt vid adepten som professionell person för att på så vis på bästa sätt kunna matcha honom eller henne med rätt mentor. Vi följer systematiskt adeptens utveckling och tillsammans med Växjö Universitet, Ekonomihögskolan, mäter vi resultaten.

Mentor International erbjuder också olika modeller för mentorskapet. För en person, för ett företag, för flera företag som samarbetar, för företag, organisationer, kommuner och landsting och för nystartade företag. Gemensamt för samtliga utbildningar och föreläsningar är den unika strukturen och frågetekniken.

Mentor International bjuder in till 90-minuters- seminarier om mentorskap. Vi medverkar också gärna med föredrag som belyser mentorskapet i olika sammanhang.
Vi utser årets ledare på Guldnatten i Malmö och vi är engagerade i Transfer, skola och näringsliv i samverkan.
